Wears Valley is a magnificent vacation area. This beautiful mountain valley, located on the border of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, is situated between action-packed Pigeon Forge and Townsend, "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies." On the Pigeon Forge side, you may choose from major attractions such as Dollywood, museums, music theatres, and many outlet malls, unique shops, and great restaurants. On the Townsend side, you are offered tubing down a cool mountain river, kayaking, bicycle trails, festivals, and a day in Cades Cove.
